Take a Beautiful Pause.
See What Unfolds.
Step out of the everyday.
Into a different rhythm.
a four-day retreat in Goa to pause, reconnect, explore and return refreshed
A few days away can change the way you see the everyday. Over four carefully held days, I CAN Retreats brings together reflection, meaningful conversation, embodied practices and time simply to slow down. Drawing on time-tested Indic wisdom and rigorous European methods, the experience creates space to explore new perspectives, reconnect with yourself and share the journey with a small group of interesting people.
Set among palms and quiet paths at Ashiyana in Mandrem, North Goa, the retreat holds space for stillness and genuine connection - with only eight participants, so there is room for every one of them.
Life has been moving quickly, and a few days away from its usual rhythm sounds good.
You would welcome time for yourself, without needing to achieve anything.
You are curious about new people, new perspectives and experiences outside your everyday world.
You want to return home rested, refreshed and perhaps seeing a few things differently.
Real stories. Deep Insights. Lasting Change.
A carefully held pause.
From Pressure to Presence
The rhythm is deliberate: space to settle first, depth after, and integration before you return.
Pause
Step outside the noise and the role.
Regulate
Settle the nervous system and restore capacity.
Reflect
See clearly what matters now.
Reconnect
Meet what is real and unforced.

Indo-European Methods
Depth without dogma. Structure without performance. Practices chosen for the person and the moment.
Indic wisdom
Philosophical and contemplative frameworks that help you see beyond the identity you perform.
European methods
Reflective, therapeutic, and coaching approaches that bring rigour and psychological clarity.
Embodied practice
Breath, meditation, movement, and somatic work that reconnect insight with lived experience.
Integration
Space to translate what you discover into steadier choices, boundaries, and direction.
Two perspectives.
One carefully held process.
Clarity, perspective, possibility.
One of India's respected coaches and mentors, Anish combines Eastern wisdom, modern psychology, and decades of leadership work to help people see themselves and their decisions with unusual clarity.
Embodiment, emotion, integration.
Alena brings personal development, yoga, meditation, and holistic healing into a grounded process that helps insight move beyond the mind and become lived change.
Perhaps you're simply ready
for a pause.
You don't need to be searching for an answer. Curiosity is enough.
Ashiyana is part of the process.
Palms, shalas, water, quiet paths, and unhurried evenings create the conditions for the work within.
A room of your own,
and a garden that holds the rest.
Earthen walls, carved wood, and windows that open into the palms. Rooms are simple and quiet - the kind of place where sleep comes easily and mornings start slowly.
Enough structure to go deep.
Enough space to breathe.
Awaken and arrive
Mindful movement, breath, quiet reflection, and the first focused inquiry of the day.
Explore and understand
Guided sessions, reflective work, embodied practice, rest, and individual conversations.
Settle and integrate
Gentler practice, sharing, silence, and time for what surfaced to find its place.

Yes. Citizens of the Czech Republic and other EU countries need an e-Visa, which is applied for online. Approval usually takes three to five working days, so apply a few weeks ahead rather than in the final week. Your passport should be valid for at least six months beyond your arrival date.
The conversation helps both sides confirm that the retreat, timing, and small-group format are a good fit before you commit.
