What data we process

When you contact us - by e-mail, WhatsApp, or by booking a call through Calendly - we receive the details you share with us (name, contact, and the content of your message). We use them only to reply and to organise your participation in a retreat. These services have their own privacy terms (WhatsApp, Calendly, Google).

When you book a place through the form on a retreat page, we receive your name, e-mail address, what brings you to the retreat and any note you add. We use them to reply, to talk with you about the retreat and to organise your participation, and we keep a record that you agreed to the Booking Terms and when. You receive an automatic confirmation by e-mail; the request itself reaches us by e-mail and is also recorded in a private spreadsheet that only we can open, so that no request is lost.

When you join the waiting list we receive your e-mail address and, if you write one, a sentence about what kind of retreat you are drawn to. We use them for one thing: to let you know when the next retreat opens. We do not send anything else, we never pass your address on, and you can ask us to remove it at any time - just reply to the confirmation e-mail and it is gone.

Health information you choose to share - the booking form has an optional field for health conditions, medication, injuries, allergies and dietary needs. This is sensitive information, so we process it only with your explicit consent, which you give by ticking a separate box in the form. We use it for one purpose: to organise your participation safely (the practices we offer, the food we cook). It is seen only by the facilitators and by the person who looks after our booking system, we never share it further, and we delete it once the retreat is over. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us - it does not affect your booking, though it may limit what we can adapt for you.

Photographs from retreats shown on this website are published with the knowledge and consent of the participants. If you appear in a photo and would like it removed, write to us and we will take it down.

Analytics - only if you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device type). IP addresses are anonymised. If you choose "Only necessary", no analytics run at all.

Cookies

Necessary: a single browser record that remembers your cookie choice. No tracking.

Analytics & media (only after you accept): Google Analytics measurement cookies, and Instagram embeds on the Past Events page. Until you accept, Instagram moments are shown as plain links.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us what data we hold about you, ask for a correction or deletion, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in the Czech Republic: ÚOOÚ, uoou.gov.cz). The fastest way is simply to write to us.

How long we keep data

Booking requests and correspondence for as long as needed to organise the retreats and for the time required by law (for example for accounting). Health information until the end of the retreat it was shared for. Waiting list addresses until you ask us to remove them. Analytics data according to Google Analytics retention settings. Photographs until consent is withdrawn.
