Together, we explored the system of our life values, personal identity, and our purpose/mission. We chose the topic before the retreat in connection with the group's intentions and needs.
We met in a beautiful meditation room with a view of nature, with opportunities for nature walks and time spent in a lovely garden. The day began with morning yoga and breathing techniques (pranayama). Afterward, we had breakfast, coffee/tea, and alternated between working with the mind and emotions related to the chosen theme. The program included group and individual constellations and experiential exercises, among other things.
Nikola prepared wonderful, tasty meals for us, which were an experience in themselves. There was authentic Indian masala chai and specialty coffee. Before bed, we gathered for gentle stretching, meditation, and relaxation with sound healing and the healing vibrations of Tibetan bowls.
As part of the Identity section, there was an introduction to Vedic astrology. Everyone received a personalized astrological analysis, which served to explore one's archetype and later utilize it to anchor one's identity, natural tendencies, and strengths, and to become aware of one's uniqueness.
Within the group, in addition to sharing, we also used notebooks, which served for a deeper personal dive into the topic or reflection on the given questions. There was space for deeper discussions as well as light-hearted conversations. As always, it led to the connection of great people and the deepening of old, or the formation of new, bonds and friendships.
