One of India’s most respected coaches and mentors,
known for his extraordinary insights into personal development, human
personality, and the depths of the human soul.
With years of experience working with leaders across India, Europe, Australia, and America, Anish combines his practical expertise with deep theoretical knowledge in fields like Indic wisdom, psychology, and consciousness research.
An internationally certified coach and Vedic astrologer, Anish also holds the title of Jyotish Acharya. His passion for understanding the mind and consciousness has led him to explore diverse disciplines, including Neuro-Linguistic Psychotherapy (NLP) and Transactional Analysis. He seamlessly integrates perspectives from quantum mechanics, Newtonian physics, Buddhism, and Eastern philosophy into his work, offering a holistic approach to personal growth and transformation.
Anish also teaches Indian philosophy and deep dives into both Western and Eastern concepts of mind work and consciousness studies. His ability to bridge ancient wisdom with modern science inspires lasting change in those who work with him.

Alena Rubesova
Alena brings a rich blend of theoretical knowledge with practical experience in
personal development, yoga, and holistic healing.
She has deepened her practice in meditation in India and the Czech Republic, explored shamanic traditions in Mexico, studied therapeutic methods with Dr. Gabor Maté, and drawn wisdom from Austrian shaman Brigitte Wingelmayr. Passionate about yoga, Alena incorporates traditions like Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin yoga, and pranayama into her work.
Her approach integrates elements of psychotherapy, shamanic wisdom, constellation work, and craniosacral therapy, with a strong emphasis on emotional intelligence and self-awareness. Alena gently guides participants to explore and understand their emotions, cultivate compassion, and embrace acceptance and authenticity as a path to personal growth.

Rooted in Vedic and Shamanic wisdom, they combine both Eastern and Western approach - Vedic astrology, yoga, meditation, but also holistic workshops, group sharing, coaching, therapeutic circles, and ancient shamanic practices. Our retreats offer a space to learn—not from a guru, but through introspection, connection, shared experiences, and personal discovery.
The closest airport is Trivandrum International Airport (Thiruvananthapuram). We can help arrange airport transfers to the resort for a smooth and stress-free arrival (charges apply).

The maximum capacity of the retreat is limited to 15 participants to maintain an intimate and supportive atmosphere. This smaller group size ensures personalized attention, meaningful interactions, and a space where everyone feels comfortable to explore, reflect, and grow.

7 AM: Morning mindful physical activity— Yoga and Pranayama, or Osho dynamic meditation 9 AM: Breakfast: Free time for interactions or silent introspection over tea/coffee 10:30 AM: Workshops and holistic activities tailored to the group’s needs and the retreat’s theme (balancing experiences with theoretical insights, mind work, and healing work) 12:30 PM: Lunch and Free Time: Rest, take a walk, or connect with others 3:30 PM: Group activities like meditation, coaching, shamanic practices, or constellations, afternoon break followed by group sharing and integration of the experiences 6:30 PM: Dinner 8 PM: Calming evening activity for a deep sleep, such as meditation, relaxation practice or sound healing We create a truly integrated experience by balancing the feeling and thinking aspects. Every essential element is thoughtfully taken care of—the body through movement, rejuvenation, nutrition, and deep rest; the mind through meditation and knowledge; and the heart through healing work and experiential practices.

We highly recommend seeing the retreat as an opportunity to take a break from digital distractions. Allow yourself to connect deeply with your inner world. You won’t need to worry about time or the schedule—each session is announced a few minutes in advance with the sound of a Tibetan bowl.
