Booking Terms

Last updated: 2 September 2026

These terms apply to every place booked on an I Can Retreats retreat. We have kept them short and in plain language, because you should be able to read them before you decide, not after something goes wrong.

Each retreat has its own price, dates and venue - you will find them on the page of that retreat and in the e-mail confirming your request. These terms apply on top of them.

1. Who organises the retreat

The retreat is organised by Krescon Communications LLP, registered office 158 Sector 15 A, Noida - Uttar Pradesh, India. Write to us at alena@krescon.com or anish@krescon.com.

2. What the price includes

Unless the retreat page says otherwise, the price covers accommodation for the nights of the retreat, all retreat sessions, the yoga and contemplative practices that are part of the programme, all meals during the retreat, materials, and direct time with the facilitators. All taxes are included - the price you see is the price you pay us.

The price does not include your flights and travel to the venue, transfers to and from the venue, your visa, travel insurance, and anything you arrange individually at the venue, such as extra treatments.

3. How a booking is made

Sending the form on our website is a request for a place, not yet a booking. Places on our retreats are limited, so we look at each request personally: we come back to you as soon as we can, sometimes after a short conversation, and then send you the payment details. Your place is booked once we receive the deposit. Until then it is not reserved for you.

4. Payment

The price is paid in two parts. A deposit is due first - we tell you the amount when we come back to you about your request, before you pay anything. The remaining balance is due 45 days before the retreat begins, or within 7 days of the deposit if there are fewer than 45 days left.

If you prefer, you can pay the whole price in a single transfer instead of two. The part of it that corresponds to the deposit is still treated as the deposit under these terms - including in point 5, if you later have to cancel.

We quote all our prices in euros, wherever the retreat takes place, and payment is normally made by bank transfer in euros. If you would rather pay in another currency, tell us and we will agree it with you individually; the amount is then converted at the European Central Bank reference rate on the day we agree it, and any charges your bank makes are yours.

5. If you need to cancel

Places are limited, so a cancellation usually means the place stays empty for good. Please tell us in writing as soon as you know; the date we receive your e-mail is the date that counts.

60 days or more before the retreat - we refund the balance in full. The deposit is not refunded, but stays as a credit towards any of our retreats within the following twelve months.

30 to 59 days before - we refund half of the balance. The deposit is not refunded.

Less than 30 days before - we are unable to refund the payment.

If you book late, when there are fewer than 30 days to go, you may change your mind within 48 hours of paying the deposit and we will refund it in full. After that the rule above applies.

Before you decide against coming, please read the next point - it is usually the better option for everyone.

6. Giving your place to someone else

You can pass your place to another person at any time up to seven days before the retreat, at no cost. Just tell us their name and contact details; we will have the same short conversation with them that we have with everyone. Nothing is lost this way - not your money, and not their place.

7. If we cancel

A retreat needs a minimum number of participants to run - for most of our retreats that is five. If we do not reach that number, we will tell you at least 21 days before the start and refund everything you have paid us, including the deposit. The same applies if we have to cancel for any other reason.

We cannot reimburse flights, accommodation or other arrangements you booked yourself. This is exactly what travel insurance is for - please see point 10.

8. Your health and how you take part

The programme includes breathwork, movement and personal reflection. It is not therapy and it does not replace medical or psychological care. There is a field for this in the booking form: please tell us about any physical or mental health condition, medication, injury, allergy or food you cannot eat. We cook for the whole group, so dietary needs matter too. We treat all of it as confidential, and it is rarely a reason not to come - it simply helps us hold the space well. If something changes between booking and the retreat, let us know.

Health information is yours to share: the field is optional, we use it only to organise your participation, and we ask for your separate consent in the form. We delete it once the retreat is over - see Privacy & Cookies.

You take part voluntarily and decide for yourself how far you go in any practice. You are welcome to step out of anything at any time.

9. Travel documents and visas

Our retreats take place in different countries. Please check in good time what you need in order to enter and stay in the country of your retreat - a visa or travel authorisation, and how long your passport must remain valid beyond your arrival. Some approvals take several working days, so do not leave it to the last week - and ask us if you are not sure, we will tell you what we know about the destination. Arranging your travel documents is your responsibility, and we are not able to refund a booking if a visa is not granted.

10. Travel insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers medical care in the country of the retreat and trip cancellation. It costs little and it is what protects you in the situations these terms cannot - illness, a cancelled flight, or having to cancel at short notice.

11. Photography and what stays in the group

There is no photography inside sessions and no public list of participants. What is shared in the group stays in the group - that applies to us and to everyone taking part.

We sometimes take photographs in the communal parts of the retreat. We always ask before using a photograph in which you are recognisable, and you can say no or withdraw your consent later - see Privacy & Cookies.

12. Changes to the programme

The daily rhythm and the sequence of sessions may shift - that is part of working with a live group. The dates, the venue, the facilitators and the character of the retreat stay as described. If something substantial had to change, we would tell you and you could withdraw with a full refund.

13. Law and disputes

If something is not right, please write to us first - almost everything is settled that way. As a consumer resident in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence, and you can also turn to the consumer authority there.

Because the retreat is accommodation and leisure provided on specific dates, the usual 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply. The cancellation terms in point 5 apply instead.
