The villa features a swimming pool with stunning views over the Marsalforn Valley, multiple terraces for rest and reflection, and air-conditioned bedrooms for a restful stay. Common areas include a dining room, fully equipped kitchens, and cozy lounge spaces ideal for group connection or quiet time.

and 2 living rooms, it comfortably hosts up to 20 guests. Capacity of our retreat is limited to 14 participants.

To make your arrival smooth and stress-free, all logistics including airport pick-up and transport to the villa can be arranged for you with ease.
Getting to the retreat villa on your own is simple, and the journey itself is part of the experience, with smooth connections and beautiful views along the way.
The easiest option is to take an Uber, Bolt, or taxi from Malta International Airport directly to the Gozo Ferry Terminal in Ċirkewwa. The drive takes about 50 minutes. Official airport taxis usually charge a fixed rate of €32, while Uber or Bolt can be a more affordable alternative depending on time and demand.
Alternatively, you can take a public bus, which departs from the airport every 30–45 minutes. The ride to the ferry terminal is longer (approximately 1.5–2 hours), but budget-friendly and straightforward.
Once you arrive at the ferry terminal — whether by taxi or bus — simply walk through the passenger area and board the Gozo Ferry for a scenic 25-minute crossing to Mġarr Harbour, your gateway to the island. Ferries run approximately every 30 minutes during the day, with seasonal variations. Tickets cost €4.65 and can be purchased on board.

From Mġarr Harbour, we’ll be happy to help arrange the final transfer to the retreat villa.
The Real VIP
Values, Identity, and Purpose in Business & Leadership
This retreat is an invitation to take your place in the front row of your life — to stop waiting for permission and lead with clarity, courage, and inner conviction.
In a world that rewards performance over presence, this experience offers a different kind of success: one rooted in self-knowing, meaningful choices, and inner authority.
We’ll explore how values become anchors, identity becomes clarity, and purpose becomes fuel. Through conscious embodiment, reflective dialogue, and grounded leadership tools, you’ll clarify what matters most — and how to live and lead from it.
Your VIP code is not something you invent.
It’s something you uncover.
And it can’t be replicated by any AI.
Because the real seat of power begins within.
This is not about proving yourself. It’s about remembering the inner code that no one else can live for you.
You are already equipped to lead — from presence, not pressure.
Live and decide with clarity,
confidence, and authenticity
Lead with purpose instead of pressure
from the inside out
Align your actions with your deepest
values and inner compass
